The primary objective was to create an intuitive and reliable app that integrates seamlessly with smart suitcases, offering functionalities such as remote locking and unlocking, battery level monitoring, and real-time notifications if the suitcase moves beyond a certain distance from the user. The project aimed to enhance the travel experience by providing users with ultimate control and security over their luggage, reducing stress and improving convenience during journeys.

In the heart of Tanzania's highlands, Iringa Sunset Hotel stood as a testament to traditional hospitality, yet found itself at a crossroads. Despite its rich heritage and loyal clientele, the hotel's management recognized an urgent need for transformation in an increasingly competitive marketplace. The hotel's visual identity, once considered adequate, had become a constraint rather than an asset in their ambitious expansion plans. The challenge began with a simple observation: while the hotel delivered exceptional service, its brand presence failed to convey this excellence. The existing logo, designed decades ago, lacked the sophistication modern travelers expected, and the inconsistent application of brand elements across various touchpoints created a fragmented guest experience. Business travelers, who formed a significant portion of their clientele, sought contemporary amenities, while leisure guests yearned for authentic local experiences – both expectations needed to be reflected in the hotel's new identity.
